Cancellation Policy
Fusion Health & Wellness — Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Fusion Health & Wellness, we understand that life happens and plans may need to change. To ensure we can continue offering the best care to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellation & No-Show Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Appointments booked within 24 hours that are canceled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations and missed appointments impact both our wellness team and other clients hoping to book time for their care.
